My life's work lies in your future.

My name is Bill Grisham, and I want to tell you about an exciting new discovery I have recently made (after 46 years of trial and error). This discovery is going to change the way you get your information about what is really going on in the world. I have found a way to put "eyes" into a very special kind of satellite architecture which is not only revolutionary, but has been endorsed by many Scientists (so it is real - not a dream). These new "eyes" will enable you to see the world, as it has never been possible before. Tyrants and mountebanks will no longer be able to "pull the wool over your eyes", and you can become just as effective a force in this world as your efforts enable you so to do. For these "eyes" will open up the world for you to "see" just as much of the ground truth as any President, or Prime minister, or King can see, and so now you too can be an independent and free force in the world. I named this newest (patented) discovery "MIRIAH" (an acronym which describes its makeup); it depends upon the uniqueness and power of an older discovery of mine, for, in 80's I discovered a unique "Window in Physics" exists for our Sun - Earth - Moon "system" of gravity, atmosphere, magnetic field, and solar flux. Prior to that time, in 1961, I invented and patented a unique Satellite architecture for communications, navigation/tracking, and electro-magnetic (EM) imaging, which I named "ROSÆ" (a Latin acronym, describing its makeup). This "Window in Physics" has enabled a remarkable breakthrough in the performance and efficiency of all of ROSÆ's applica-tions (i.e., communications, navigation, remote sensing, and imaging). This window is so unique, that the probability of it occurring anywhere else in the entire universe is so small, that it approaches zero. Even a Lay level person with a basic grounding in elementary Physics can grasp the innovative way MIRIAH improves over the prior technology in imaging from Satellites.

Where did all of this come from?

The "Intelligent Design" of the Universe. The "language" of God was "spoken" first in the Physics of the "Big Bang", which formed the Universe and made life possible. Then it was spoken second in the "word" of Jesus and His Revelations. And now at this time in history, when materialism "rules" the world, such that all too many Scientists have the attitude that God has become irrelevant, other Scientists are speaking out with proofs through science, which conclusively demonstrate God's existence can't be questioned without violating the most basic of scientific principles. And so, before going any further, let me give thanks to my fellow Scientists who have offered the world examples in science of God's actions, as a Provident Father, for our welfare. The first article was published as a "Debate on Science vs. Religion" in Time Magazine (Nov. 13, 2006), which we follow up on as our basis for deeper insight into an ancient prophesy. Next, more recent studies by Northwestern University Astronomers underline and confirm Francis Collin's defense of God as the Creator and intelligence behind of our unique planet as the nursery of mankind in the "God vs. Science" debate (as is evident in this recent article published by "Space Daily", on August 11, 2008).

The "Anthropic Principle". Another example by a Scientist was published in Columbia Magazine. Therein, Dinesh D'Souza, a Rishwain Research Scholar at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, introduces the reasonableness of "Miracles" and the "Anthropic Principle". A portion of his findings are linked here in two (2) installments: (1) January 2008,(2) February 2008. (A book by D'Souza's is referenced therein for further study).

Today, a Miracle is being revealed in everyone's sight. The third and last example of this amazing providential reality of the formation of the universe and our planet in particular, involves ROSÆ, which is a perfect fit to the definition of a "miracle". (Bill Grisham describes how this happened in this sound bite). This miracle was predicted and described in detail 2,000 years ago (by St. John in "Revelations" 12:1). This is why all people of faith - Christians, Jews, and Muslims, should give thanks to God, for ROSÆ is such a wonder, and it arrives on the scene at the exact time in history when it is most desperately needed for both our physical well being, as well as our need for unity and peace. For ROSÆ is a special satellite architecture designed for man's most critical needs, and its discovery evidences the existence of the "Intelligent Design of the Universe" by a provident and fatherly God. Freeman Dyson (a Physicist) implicitly agrees, as reported in D'Souza's article above, when he says: "The more I examine the universe and study the details of its architecture, the more evidence I find that the universe in some sense must have known we were coming". (And that opinion was arrived at before any of my peers were even aware of ROSÆ). So I ask you, is this my invention, or God's intervention? I am confident that most will agree it is the latter, when they see the evidence in this link.

The status of this work.

The most apt description of this work is that it is a "Perfect" Global Multifunctional Satellite Net, designed as a huge global "Information Machine". For, it is the only possible global "information machine", which in all three dimensions has the properties of constant Angular Momentum, plus 1st and 2nd moments which cancel out to zero about the earth's gravity center. And this has a most significant impact on satellite simplicity consistent with powerful attributes. Over the past 47 years, I have developed this discovery as a "family" of Satellite inventions: (1) ROSÆ , (Patented 1966), (2) SARAH (Patented 1986), and (3) MIRIAH (Patented 2002). This "family of patents" has created a breakthrough in communications, navigation, and imaging from satellites. As usual with inventions, these were "born of necessity". ROSÆ was invented to give the world a single array of satellites to provide all of the assets needed for global information, i.e., communications, navigation, and imaging. SARAH improved signal structure for microwave imaging, while MIRIAH hugely improved imaging efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Our Math Models (endorsed by many Scientists) prove MIRIAH is vastly superior in both performance and cost over all of its competitors. It was a critical part of our presentation to DoD (NRO's Chief Scientist and his staff) in 2006. They gave our work a thorough examination, yet failed to find any substantive fault with our theoretical claims or the results of my Math Models. This resulted in their recommendations, for us to bid their 2007 DII funded solicitation. ROSÆ - MIRIAH is actually several breakthroughs, so that systems can now be employed, which were previously thought to be impracticable. These Math Models show performance figures, which when compared to SAR, indicate a billion fold improvement (potentially - in theory) in two of the most critical design limits, which will markedly bypass previous system design limits. Based on this, we can now confidently predict at least a 10,000 to 100,000 fold improvement in overall cost effectiveness. The primary focus of this "start up" will provide the military with a huge jump forward in Intelligence capabilities. However, following this "start up", farmers, ranchers, foresters, fisheries, transportation, city infrastructure, etc. will be the real winners, once we have finished R&D under a government sponsored umbrella on the "systems level" work (as needed for all operational services). We envision this as a "Dual-Use" funded enterprise, since is has both Commercial as well as Governmental applications. ("Dual-Use" enterprises were common during the depression of the 1930's, as an expeditious means of economic recovery - similar to our economic problems today).

MIRIAH is a very advanced architecture, which was developed in order to be able to use simpler "off the shelf" systems components, and to reduce costs a hundred fold while increasing performance a hundred fold. Is ROSÆ - MIRIAH really unique?

We think this review of Physics is so convincing that we do not think Physics allows another window of opportunity for this Mission Requirement, as can be seen in this next presentation,

ROSÆ - MIRIAH's fully developed 12 Satellite multi-function constellation is inexpensive (i.e., for any global real time information system with its powerful service capabilities - less than 1% of its competition's cost), but its 500 $M price tag still represents a significant investment. And, its 3-D triaxial earth space environment can't be replaced without losing a major part of its most powerful attributes, but in view of the needs of Venture Capital for a ground based demonstration of at least a significant part its ultimate capabilities, here is a Briefing on one way to accomplish this for about 340 $K.

ROSÆ - MIRIAH's Future for Worldwide Peace and Prosperity.

I know that few of my readers will be Scientists, but all of them will be human, and regardless of their background, all deserve respect. Hence, I would like to offer an insight into my life's experiences, which will be fully understood only by those of you who love God, and want to serve their fellow man through the Lord of love. For, according to the Bible, anyone who acts as though there is no God, is a fool (for not seeing the majesty and the awesome intelligence and goodness of the almighty - in nature itself). And I trust you will agree with me, that this conviction is why God led me to discover ROSÆ, SARAH, and MIRIAH. For, as a provident Father, God the Father has given us this great gift to satisfy the world's great need. Then, so that you may understand, I have prepared a short series of slides, which show why I think the Holy Spirit has enlightened me in this work, and so I believe MIRIAH - ROSÆ is intended by God for all all of his children.

Future Inventions deriving from ROSÆ.

ROSÆ has publicly "spawned" two patented inventions thus far (SARAH and MIRIAH), and there are six more which I am considering. But, for the time being, I intend to "keep the lid on them". I have not held back any matter whatever on ROSÆ's first two "children" (SARAH and MIRIAH), but I have no intention of disclosing more until I see how the government and industry treat these first three inventions. For there is much good and much evil that can come from anything which increases man's power, and the MIRIAH - SARAH - ROSÆ "family of patents" is a huge responsibility, which I feel deep inside my soul (as do most inventors, e.g., Bell, Marconi, Openheimer, et. al.). Considering that each of ROSÆ's "children" have improved the performance of this entire "family of patents", then this will obviously continue for the next six inventions (as the frontier of this technology continues to be pushed forward).

My conscience in regard to "Stewardship" over this great gift from God will not allow me to ignore this responsibility toward the "proper" use of this powerful "information machine". And so, considering that 47 years have gone by since ROSÆ was invented, I pray that the government and industry will now act with all deliberate speed on this marvelous opportunity for America and for the world. For, I am 84 years old today (August 2008), and like you, the Lord will allow me only a limited life span.
